The owner must declare at the time of booking if the dog could put the operator or other dogs at risk. In this case it is the responsibility of the owner or the keeper of the dog to bring a rigid muzzle (art. 1 c.2 lett b. Gu n. 209/2013) that guarantees correct breathing and protects the animal's well-being as much as possible. The same will be applied where the operator deems it necessary.
COMPLIANT WITH UNI EN ISO 22716 GUIDELINES
Compliance with the guidelines allows us to ensure that there is no contamination during the production processes, both internal and external, by carrying out laboratory analyses on a sample basis.
The entire production chain, which goes from the procurement of raw materials from certified companies to the placing of the products on the market, is controlled to ensure the final consumer a high level of safety and transparency of the information that accompanies the products.
We take care of our friends demonstrating our professionalism and love for animals to ensure their well-being. This is our defining feature, introducing them to grooming as puppies and following them into adulthood until they reach an older age.
