This preserves the balance between fur and skin barrier, thus protecting your furry friend from the elements. Bath frequency varies depending on the breed, season, lifestyle and environment in which the animal lives.
In addition to meeting an aesthetic purpose, cuts serve precise needs related to each individual breed. For dogs with continuously growing long fur, haircuts are recommended on a regular basis to avoid the formation of knots and mats that, besides being painful, compromise the health of the coat and skin. For other fur types, maintenance touch-ups on the face, private parts and paws are recommended. For wire-haired dogs, we safely perform the stripping technique.
Dogs that take part in shows and exhibitions must meet specific breed standards. We will schedule pre-show sessions and treatments, ensuring the wellness and shine of your dog’s coat, paying attention to every single detail.

From puppyhood, we use ideal techniques for a positive behavioural approach to grooming sessions increasing the animal’s confidence.

We guarantee careful, safe and gently executed sessions
We accustom the dog to a positive approach to grooming by bringing it back to normal hygiene conditions
We use safe and certified cosmetic products in cooperation with veterinarians
Cancellations are accepted with 2 working days' notice. Failure to cancel will result in the time booked being charged at the hourly rate. Cancellations at the last minute, or even without notice, create major inconveniences for the salon and take away the opportunity for other unexpected customers to use our services.
DELIVERY DELAYS:
over 15 minutes the session will not be guaranteed and will be charged at the hourly rate of the session.
PICK UP DELAYS:
over 15 minutes will be charged as per custody service starting from €10.
The owner must declare at the time of booking if the dog could put the operator or other dogs at risk. In this case it is the responsibility of the owner or the keeper of the dog to bring a rigid muzzle (art. 1 c.2 lett b. Gu n. 209/2013) that guarantees correct breathing and protects the animal's well-being as much as possible. The same will be applied where the operator deems it necessary.
